With a newborn who needed extra care due to being born prematurely, traditional babysitters were not an option. So, we improvised.

Cheese trays became our secret recipe for intimate date nights. As the kids settled into bed, we’d assemble a delightful spread of meats, cheeses, and accompaniments on a rustic baking sheet. The soft glow of the TV screen, a cozy blanket, and our favorite movie—these moments became cherished memories.

But it didn’t stop there. When my cousin asked for a grazing table at her wedding, inspiration struck. The idea blossomed into Forage to Feast, a charcuterie board catering business that celebrates the art of indulgence. From curated selections to elegant presentations, we craft experiences that elevate every occasion.
